Francisco 57699be6e3 flight route: split traveled vs remaining + aircraft silhouette outline ...

- Polyline now drawn as two geodesic segments at 10 km elevation so it does
  not z-fight with terrain: origin → current position in dimmed gray, then
  current position → destination in solid blue (thicker).
- Aircraft models get a 2px black silhouette so they pop against the map.
